What you get

Actionable numbers per producer, defensible in audit.

A scorecard for every plant
Emissions intensity, CBAM cost gap, and EU benchmark math for each producer and product family. Where a producer runs more than one plant or production route, the math is weighted by plant capacity.
Three confidence tiers
Tier A (±15%) for producers with audited public emissions statements. Tier B (±30%) for producers with plant emissions plus an Indian regulatory cross check. Tier C (±50%) where country defaults apply.
EU benchmarks weighted by route
Article 31 free allocation deductions applied per production route (blast furnace, DRI, electric arc, scrap), weighted by plant capacity. India country defaults from Regulation 2025/2621 Annex I wired verbatim.
2027 scenario already modelled
Every scorecard carries a forward looking gap under the 2027+ scenario where the EU prices captive electricity at producers. Contracts that span multiple years are protected against the regulatory cliff before it lands.
